Alan Beck Agency, LLC ("we") operates an SMS notification program ("SMS Alerts"). This policy describes how we handle information for that program.
We collect the mobile phone number you provide directly to us when you enroll, and the content of the notification messages we send you (reminders and status alerts).
We use your number solely to send you the program's messages and to honor STOP (opt out) and HELP requests.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers required to deliver the messages (our SMS provider, Twilio).
We keep your number for as long as you remain enrolled. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and end messaging.
